2. Artist Representations and Copyright

All submitted artwork must be original work by the artist, and the artist warrants clear title and copyright to their work.

Painted Scars Gallery will display artworks as agreed with the artist and will not use artwork for other purposes without written consent.

3. Sales & Commissions

If you purchase art via the Gallery, sales are subject to any commission agreements, as set per individual artist arrangements.

All items are priced as listed. Painted Scars Gallery reserves the right to update prices at any time.

All artworks remain the property of the artist until payment in full is received by the Gallery.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Gallery and its owners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or any artwork purchased or displayed.

While the Gallery may insure artwork while on its premises, the artist is responsible for insuring their work in transit (if applicable).

5. User Conduct
